Since 1995, Agundiz Design Inc. has proudly served as a general contractor across the United States and Canada, delivering high-quality construction services. Through decades of experience, we’ve seen the stark contrast in living conditions—especially the challenges faced by the poorest communities in Mexico.
These communities suffer year-round under extreme heat, living in inadequate, unsafe, and unsustainable housing. This crisis inspired us to act—not just with compassion, but with innovation and lasting impact.
Since 1995, Agundiz Design Inc. has proudly served as a general contractor throughout the United States and Canada, delivering high-quality construction services. Through our work, we’ve witnessed the stark contrast in living conditions—especially in the poorest communities across Mexico.

This experience has inspired our mission through Housing Community, a dedicated initiative owned and led by Agundiz Design Inc. Our goal is clear: to build free, resilient, and eco-friendly homes for low-income families in Mexico’s most vulnerable areas.
These homes will be:
Heat-resistant and sustainable, designed for Mexico’s harsh climate
Constructed with eco-friendly materials, promoting healthier living
Built at no cost to families in need

With integrated features like natural heat reduction, passive cooling, and companion planting for food sustainability, these homes serve as more than shelters—they are foundations for a better life.
